Your tasks in detail:

You are responsible for the availability of all raw materials for the production in Munich and Portugal
You take over the main communication with the suppliers regarding operational purchasing matters including transportation to and from the suppliers
You create forecasts for our main suppliers based on the current sales and production plan
You are responsible for a continuous quality control with clear specifications of quality standards
In case of quality changes or change requests from our side you communicate them with the suppliers
You are responsible for supplier returns of defective raw materials
You are responsible for optimizing our raw material stock in Porto and Munich

Our requirements:

You have successfully completed a commercial education
You have some professional experience in purchasing
You have good knowledge of the common office programs mainly excel and google sheets
You are characterized by your structured and result-oriented way of working
You have very good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills
Nice to have: Basic German skills
